Policy of Quality

 

Quality is our legacy and our future. Servirtual S.L. policy is to extend quality to all our products and services. The quality and success of the operations of our collaborators and/or clients will depend on the quality of our products and services. Our quality standard will be achieved through the company's compliance with an internationally recognized standard Quality Management System, according to which our processes related to the design, manufacture, and assembly of our ephemeral architecture solutions for the exhibition and events sector are guaranteed. The Quality Manual describes the Quality Management System and demonstrates compliance with the International Standard ISO 9001: 2015. The Quality Management System ensures the definition, alignment, management, integration, and improvement of processes to guarantee the satisfaction of customers, employees, stakeholders, and community in accordance with this standard.

It is my responsibility to ensure that the prescriptions and guidelines described in this manual are met by all Servirtual employees towards a Total Quality System.

 

To achieve this goal, I am committed to providing all necessary means to ensure that all personnel are committed to and strive for

- Promote a Culture for Servirtual Performance, focusing on Operations and Execution, External Stakeholder Relations and Employee Engagement and Participation

- Drive positive business impact and improve our key stakeholders' perception of the added value Servirtual brings to the market.

- To provide products and services of exceptional quality while ensuring the highest level of ethical business conduct.

- To satisfy the requirements, needs, and expectations of our clients.

- To pursue and achieve the objectives set out, whilst accepting a reasonable amount of risk appropriate to an organization dedicated to continuous research and development in the sector.

- To continue to improve the quality management system through lessons learned.

- To use sustainable materials and processes for the reuse of materials in a way that maximizes their use and minimizes their impact on the environment.

- Understand design as something beyond pleasing the eye and recognize the true quality of the products offered if they are truly sustainable to increase their ecological and economic value.
